Each piece is made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Original paintings
Exceptions (Allowed Returns)
I will offer a replacement or refund ONLY if:
The item arrives damaged, or
The order is incorrect (wrong item shipped)

To qualify, you must:

Contact me within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of the issue

Keep all packaging

Shipping Rates are applied based on location. Tax is a General Excise Tax, which is 4.5% in Hawaii, the state where my nexus location is.
