Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, including original paintings, prints, and merchandise. Please note that slight color variation may occur between digital previews and the finished item. This does not qualify for a return. Exceptions are made only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. To request a replacement or refund:
-Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
-Provide clear photos showing the issue.
-Return the damaged or incorrect item, using its original packaging.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon return of the item. I personally manage all communications regarding any issues with your order to ensure a smooth resolution.
Taxes
Hawaiʻi is the state where my business has nexus.
Artwork & Prints: All orders shipped from Hawaiʻi are subject to a 4.5% Hawaiʻi General Excise Tax (GET), which will be automatically added at checkout for buyers with a Hawaiʻi shipping address. Buyers outside Hawaiʻi are not charged GET.
Merchandise (Drop-Shipped): Merchandise fulfilled by third-party vendors at my direction is generally shipped from facilities outside Hawaiʻi. Hawaiʻi GET does not apply to these items. Any applicable taxes based on the vendor’s location will be handled in accordance with their local regulations.
PayPal Dispute & Proof
To protect both buyers and myself in the event of a PayPal dispute:
All items are documented with photos before shipment.
Tracking information and delivery confirmation are recorded.
Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items, supported by buyer-provided photos and my shipment documentation.
This ensures transparency and strengthens PayPal proof in case of disputes.
